TABOR RINGERS<\/u><\/p>\n
The Tabor Ringers based at Tabor Independent Methodist Church Timsbury are a handbell and chime group who, under the leadership of Ms Angie Poole are kept busy entertaining at various venues throughout the local area. \u00a0Their music is interspersed with Community singing led by Mrs Lynda Lye and recitations by Mrs Carol Wilkes or humorous stories by Mrs Dianne Carter.<\/p>\n
We are always willing to welcome new players.\u00a0 If anyone is interested just come along and visit us one rehearsal afternoon to see how things go.\u00a0 Rehearsals are held on Monday afternoons from 2 \u2013 3 at Tabor Church.\u00a0 \u00a0Playing is not strenuous and no knowledge of reading music is required.\u00a0 Although we rehearse in a Church you do not have to be a Churchgoer to join us.<\/p>\n
As the majority of our engagements are in the afternoon, flexibility of work\/home life would be advantageous.\u00a0 It would be advisable to contact our Secretary; Mrs Barb Spalding to ensure there is a rehearsal when you would like to visit.<\/p>\n
